With research, it seems there's literally nothing more to this story than that two black men who live in a black neighborhood were hanging out by their polling station, and they looked intimidating......but apparently not to the people in their neighborhood. Not one voter complained or appeared intimidated. There is no suggestion that any voters from this Philly neighborhood were intimidated by two guys standing around in costumes. The college McCain volunteer with the cell phone camera? No one has mentioned if he was there to vote or what, but when he called the cops, they asked one of the men (the one with the nigthstick) to leave. He left. The other man either lived in the building or was working the poll (this isn't clearly reported, probably because there's no story here), but he had a right to be there, he had hurt no one, he had bothered no one, and he was permitted to stay. He was well within his rights. For all we know he's still standing there, because Fox News didn't bother to interview him. The story was blown out of proportion, which is why nothing more has been reported except that they were in fact standing there.
